Physical Description		Thiago is a lean, athletic young man of Peruvian descent with a wiry build. He has warm brown skin, thick black hair that he keeps short around the sides, and dark brown eyes that tend to make him look more serious than he actually is. Overall, his features are angular, with a narrow nose and prominent cheekbones, and he usually wears a faint shadow of stubble when duty schedules allow it. He carries him with an easy, loose-limbed posture.

General Overview		Thiago is personable, curious, and considerably more relaxed than his rank suggests. He has a dry sense of humour and enjoys needling the people he likes, but he knows where the limit is. He is a good listener and tends to do that more than speak. This is due to the fact he was raised in a community where everyone knew each other's business. In unfamiliar situations he can become cautious and observant, preferring to understand a problem before committing himself fully. He is very proud of being from Luna.

Personal History		Born and raised in one of Luna's smaller settlements, Thiago grew up in a family of civilian technicians and expected to follow them into engineering until a four-week school exchange with Starfleet changed his plans. He entered Starfleet Academy at eighteen, eventually choosing a career in medicine. He graduated with a respectable record and received his first assignment aboard the USS Valkyrie shortly afterward. At twenty-six, he is still young enough to be figuring out what kind of officer he intends to become.
