Specifications - USS Valkyrie

Summary

The Vesta Class was designated a multi-mission explorer capable of deep space, combat, and diplomatic missions. Unlike most Starfleet vessels, the hull has a unique elongated oval shape, designed solely for maximizing the ships' slipstream capability. The Vest was test-bed for a number of experimental technologies. Highly modular, with the capability to be fit with different sensor equipment, phaser arrays, nacelle designs and more based on the role the ship in question was to take on once it was launched.

2 on the Dorsal side of the Saucer section and 1 just at the back of the landing pad at the stern of the ship. On the ventral side of the ship, there are 2 arrays on the saucer, 1 array bottom engineering hull, and 1 on each of the nacelle pylons. In addition to the Phaser arrays, the Vesta includes 2 newly minted Type XI Phaser cannons on the Ventral side of the Saucer section.

4 standard burst fire torpedo tubes, 2 facing aft, and 2 facing Forwards. Additionally, the Vesta Class has two rapid fire Torpedo turrets, both on the Ventral side of the Saucer section (These tubes can fire both Quantum and Transphasic torpedoes).
