This was the first time Stevie and Liam had seen one another socially since their meeting with the Captain and XO; hopefully things would be much more relaxed between them now.

Approaching her door Liam palmed the door chime then waited for an answer dressed in a T-shirt, shorts, sandals, and carrying a small bag.

Stevie opened the door “Hi Liam, please come in” she stated with a smile.

Walking in he noticed she was wearing shorts, a sleeveless top, and sandals as he approached her and gave her a kiss “Hi gorgeous, you look comfortable and fabulous as always” as he smiled.

Placing her arms around his neck and looking into his eyes “And you are as sweet as ever making me feel special” she whispered then returned his kiss.

“Always” he replied with a grin “So you ready?”

“Yes let me grab my bag.” Moments later the couple were on their way.

Walking down the corridor Liam grabbed her hand as they walked along giving it a gentle squeeze “I’ve been looking forward to this all day; a chance to spend some quality time with my favorite girl” as he smiled.

“Am I your favorite girl” Stevie inquired with a grin liking the attention he was giving her.

“Yes you are and my only girl I might add” he replied with a chuckle.

“I better be unless you want to see a women’s fury” she stated jokingly; well sort of joking.


[Holo Deck 1]

As they approached Liam asked “So what exactly are we doing” not used to being kept in the dark.

With a grin “You’ll see soon enough” she replied standing in front of the huge door “Computer initiate program Thomas zero-four” came the request.

“Initiating program Thomas zero-four” was the reply and moments later the doors opened then they walked inside. Looking around Liam could hardly believe his eyes. Before him was a sandy beach, warm breezes with the sun shinning down, blue skies and water from the sky’s reflection and mountains in the background. Turning to Stevie “This place is absolutely beautiful; almost as beautiful as you are” he proclaimed with a big smile.

“I thought you might like it here; it’s a place on Betazed my family and I would go to during what you would call summer vacation” Stevie explained with a grin “And thanks for the compliment.” Then pointing a little ways away from the water “We can go change in those two bungalows into our swimwear; and don’t forget to grab your towel while your at it” as they proceeded.

Liam stripped down and donned his swim trunks remembering his towel then he stepped outside waiting for Stevie. Standing with the towel thrown over his one shoulder he soon became lost in the beautiful surroundings reminding him of his childhood.

Moments later Liam heard “So what do you think” as he turned seeing this beautiful woman standing before him “WOW!! Now that is a very sexy swimsuit” he exclaimed trying not to stand there with his mouth wide open.

With a big smile “You like” Stevie inquired as she turned in a complete circle.

“What’s not to like” he replied with a big grin.

Stepping closer “This is what they used to call a string bikini back in the day” she stated with a sexy smile.

“Emphasis on string. That certainly doesn’t leave much to the imagination that’s for sure” as he chuckled “So how long do we have the Holo Deck for?”

“Easy tiger; three hours to relax, get some sun and get wet” Stevie replied “And for the record I would never wear this on a real beach with other people around; it’s a little too risqué for my tastes but for you I’ll make an exception” as she laughed “Let’s go lay on the beach, shall we” as she grabbed Liam’s hand then walked to the shoreline. Stevie laid her towel on the sand then proceeded to lay on her back enjoying the warm sun and cool breezes closing her eyes and just plain relaxing “Ah, this is the life.”

Liam had followed suit but when he heard her comment he opened his eyes and glanced over seeing her stunning profile and enjoying her beauty when he commented “I have to pinch myself every now and then to make sure this is real…you’re real; you are such an intelligent beautiful woman I’m afraid I’m going to wake up some time and realize this is all just an illusion.…a dream.”

Turning on her side facing him “Awe, that’s one of the sweetest and nicest things a man has ever said to me” then she paused deciding to test the waters “You keep being so sweet and nice all the time I may just start falling in love with you” she stated in a low sultry voice.

Turning facing her with a smile “One can only hope” he replied.

Hearing his words she moved very close to him and gave him quite a long passionate kiss then whispered “Right answer” as a big smile came across her face. She then sprang up “Last one in the water is a Targ” turning she ran to the water as fast as she could hitting the water with a slash.

Liam jumped up but decided not to push it and let Stevie get to the water first; nothing wrong with being a Targ if it wins you points. Hitting the water Liam swam after Stevie and finally caught up to her. Treading water “You know that wasn’t fair not giving me any warning.”

Laughing “ That’s life…..Targ” as she continued laughing.

“I’ll show you Targ” as he took her in his arms and returned her beach kiss.

The couple enjoyed being in the water for a little while when Stevie had enough and headed for the shore; seeing her Liam of course followed.

Exiting the water Stevie grabbed her towel and started drying off when Liam offered “Here let me” as she turned handing him the towel “Ok, I’d like that” smiling at this great guy.

Gently he dried her back off very much enjoying himself then she turned facing him as he stood there not quite sure what he should do “You going to finish the job” as she smirked.

“A….yes….of course” then gently toweled her off as she enjoyed his touch. When finished she leaned in and whispered “Thank you, that was nice” before kissing him passionately for several minutes. Just then Stevie heard the warning “Holo Deck privileges are concluded in thirty minutes.”

“Ah, already? Time really flies when you’re having fun” she commented being rather disappointed the time had gone by so fast “I guess we’d better get dressed.”

“Good idea; I don’t think you want to walk the corridors in that outfit or we’ll both be in front of the Captain explaining ourselves again” Liam replied with a laugh.

“Not my favorite thing….once was enough for me” she replied as she grabbed Liam’s hand and started for the bungalows.

Several minutes later they exited the Holo Deck “Computer end program” came the request as the area went back to black and white squares and the doors slid shut.

Walking along the corridors “That was so enjoyable being on the beach with you; I’d really wouldn’t mind visiting there again in the not too distant future” Liam commented with a smile.

“I’d like that too” then whispered in his ear “Maybe next time we should make swim suits optional” she replied with a wry smile.
